Terms of Service

These Terms are the rules for using Little Launch. They cover accounts, buying, selling, licences, refunds and community standards. They also explain how to contact us and what happens if a rule is broken. By creating an account, buying, or selling here, you agree to them.

Welcome to Little Launch. We are a community marketplace where creators sell digital products and people buy them. These are the simple rules for using the site. By creating an account, buying, or selling here, you agree to them.

What are Little Launch’s Terms of Service?

They are the rules for using the marketplace as a buyer or a seller. They explain who can join, how payment and delivery work, what sellers may list, and what happens if someone breaks the rules.

Can I sell digital products on Little Launch?

Yes. Sellers must be 18 or older, may list digital products only, and must own the work or have the right to sell it. Fees, payout timing and the full selling rules are in the Seller Terms.

Can I get a refund?

If a file is broken, incomplete or not what the product page described, we will fix it or refund you. The Refund Policy explains how to ask, and your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

Can I resell a printable I bought?

Only if the seller’s licence allows it. Each product sets its own licence terms, so check the product page before you use a file for client work, resale or redistribution. Do not share the source files unless the seller permits it.

1. Who can use Little Launch

  • Sellers must be 18 or older.
  • Buyers under 18 need a parent or guardian’s permission.
  • Give true information when you sign up. Fake details can lead to your account being closed.
  • Keep your password private. You are responsible for everything done through your account.

2. Buying

  • Payments are handled by our payment partner, Lemon Squeezy, who is the seller of record for the checkout. You must be signed in to buy.
  • After your payment is confirmed, your purchase appears in your library. What you receive depends on the product: it can be a file such as a PDF, a link, a video, or other digital content. The product page says what you get.
  • You cannot buy your own products.
  • The licence for each product (for example, whether you can use it for client work) is set by the seller. Read the product description. If it is not clear, ask the seller or contact us before you use it commercially.
  • Refunds are covered in our Refund Policy.

3. Selling

  • Only digital products are allowed. No physical products, ever.
  • You may only sell work you made yourself or have the right to sell.
  • Our fees, payouts and seller rules are in the Seller Terms. They are part of these Terms.

4. Our community rules

  • No spam, fraud, fake sales or fake reviews.
  • No abusive language, threats or harassment.
  • No copied or stolen products.
  • Full details are on the Community Rules page.

5. Our rights

  • We monitor activity on the platform to keep it safe.
  • We may remove products, posts or comments that break our rules, and we may suspend or close accounts that do.
  • We may delist a product that does not meet the sales rule in the Seller Terms. People who already bought it keep access.

6. Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard. Your personal data, posts and files are permanently removed. If you are a seller, products with no sales are fully deleted. Products that people already bought are removed from the shop, but the files stay so buyers keep their access, and the seller shows as “Deleted seller”. Deleting cannot be undone.

7. What we cannot promise

Little Launch is provided as it is. We work hard to keep it running and safe, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. Sellers are responsible for what they sell. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from using the site or from a seller’s product.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms as the platform grows. The latest version is always on this page, with its date. If a change is important, we will tell you by email or on your dashboard, and ask you to accept it again. Using the site after a change means you accept it.
